1. Prototype status
This static frontend does not send form data to Gelamang or create a real request. Do not enter real personal information. Production collection must wait for an approved backend, TLS, access controls, retention rules, and legal review.
2. Information a live service may need
A live request flow may collect name, email, WhatsApp number, country, dates, party size, location, travel preferences, accessibility needs, consent records, and communications required to plan and deliver a trip.
3. Use and sharing
Information would be used to review requests, coordinate approved vendors, issue quotes, verify payment, confirm delivery, manage safety, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Vendors receive only details needed for their confirmed component.
4. Retention, rights, and contact
Retention periods, lawful basis, deletion exceptions, analytics consent, international transfers, and the verified privacy contact remain open legal decisions. They must be final before live data collection.
