1. Requests, quotes, and bookings
A submitted request is not a booking. A delivered or accepted quote is not a booking. Verified payment alone is not confirmation. A booking becomes confirmed only after payment verification and required-vendor reconfirmation.
2. Quote and payment
The accepted, unexpired quote version controls scope, IDR amount, validity, terms version, and cancellation rules. A revised quote supersedes the earlier version. Payment must use an approved method and is not represented as escrow.
3. Changes and safety
Weather, safety, vendor conditions, permits, and local circumstances may require a reschedule, substitution, or cancellation. Safety decisions take precedence; financial treatment follows the accepted policy and documented vendor obligations.
4. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers remain responsible for accurate health and access information, appropriate conduct, travel insurance, visas, personal documents, and following host and safety instructions unless Gelamang agrees otherwise in writing.
